Chocolate chunk cookies
Ingredients 1. Preheate the oven to 190°c/ 375°F/ Gas Mark 5.
70g Soft Brown Sugar 2. Cream together the butter and sugar.
70g Caster Sugar 3. Add the egg and stir together
125g Butter 4. Mix in the flour and bicarbonate of soda.
1 Egg 5. Add the chocolate chunks and mix all together.
175g Plain Flour 6. Spoon onto a baking tray and put in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda 7. Place on a cooling rack to cool them down.
175g Chocolate chunks 8. Eat and enjoy!
